1 lbcooked pork, cut into bite size pieces
1 mediumonion, diced
1 can(s)diced tomatoes (keep the juice)
3 can(s)chicken broth
2 tsplawry's seasoning salt
How to Make Pork Soup
- Dice pork into bite size pieces, and sprinkle seasoning salt over it, making sure all pieces have some salt on it them.
- Dice onion ( your preference on how big or small you like your pieces to big).
- Brown pork and onion in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat, when browned add the dice tomatoes and chicken broth. Let cook between 45 minutes to an hour. Great with French bread.
