I made this recipe up 6 years ago, when all we had in the house was some leftover pork, diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Its great with a loaf of French bread to soak up the juices.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked pork, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (keep the juice)
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons lawry's seasoning salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
How To Make pork soup

Step 1Dice pork into bite size pieces, and sprinkle seasoning salt over it, making sure all pieces have some salt on it them.

Step 2Dice onion ( your preference on how big or small you like your pieces to big).

Step 3Brown pork and onion in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat, when browned add the dice tomatoes and chicken broth. Let cook between 45 minutes to an hour. Great with French bread.
