How to Make Pork Chop Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. Put some oil in pan, brown pork chops. Take chops out and place chopped onions in pan an brown.
  2. In soup pot pour in tomato juice, onion drippings, 1/2 juice can of water, and chopped potatoes. Cut Pork Chops in pieces, place in pot with bones.
  3. Load soup down with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Let cook. When done remove bones from soup.
