How to Make Pork Chop Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put some oil in pan, brown pork chops. Take chops out and place chopped onions in pan an brown.
  • 2In soup pot pour in tomato juice, onion drippings, 1/2 juice can of water, and chopped potatoes. Cut Pork Chops in pieces, place in pot with bones.
  • 3Load soup down with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Let cook. When done remove bones from soup.
