Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- dash salt and pepper
- 5 small spinach noodle rounds
How To Make pork and spinach noodles

Step 1Cut pork Loin in cubes. Brown in large saute' pan.Remove from pan.

Step 2In same pan sauté onions, celery, Carrots, and garlic

Step 3In Crock pot add beef broth, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper, add the pork and sauté veggies.

Step 4Pour water into sauté pan and pick up all the pieces and veggies from bottom of the pan. Pour in to the crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours.

Step 5Add corn and spinach noodles cook on low for 1/2 hour. Serve.
