Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 12 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons red miso
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 1 can scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons Chinese black vinegar
- chili oil for garnish
How To Make pork and red miso rice noodle soup

Step 1Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Add the ground pork to a large pot and cook the pork until no longer pink. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the red miso and soy sauce. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.

Step 4Reduce the heat and add the noodles and scallions. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the black vinegar.

Step 5Ladle into bowls and drizzle in chili oil.
