    chicken bullion cubes
  • 2 1/2 c
    hot water
  • 1 can(s)
    ro-tel (or any brand diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    corn, drained
  • 1 c
    instant rice

How to Make Polska Kielbasa Gumbo


  1. Cut sausage into small bite size pieces. Place in a soup pot and brown
  2. Add bullion, water, and Ro-tel bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes
  3. Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Then remove from heat let sit for another 5-8 minutes before serving.
