- 1 pound polish sausage, sliced
- 1 pound ham, cubed

How To Make "easter egg" soup...use left-over easter eggs

Step 1Fry the bacon. Put everything into a large pot, and cover with warm water. Bring to a boil. Then simmer until the egg yolks are well dissolved. Serve with horseradish to suit your taste.

Step 2This can be converted to a crock pot recipe. Heat to a boil then simmer...away till done.
