pizza soup (pressure cooker)

this recipe was in the book that came with my new electric pressure cooker. I thought it sounded good, so I had to try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 - garlic cloves, sliced (i use chopped garlic from a jar)
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 3 ounces pepperoni ( i used a whole bag of the mini pepperonis)
  • 1 - green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup dry ditalini pasta
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella, for garnish

How To Make pizza soup (pressure cooker)

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients (except cheese) into pressure cooker and secure lid. Set timer to 8 minutes on soup setting. I make cheese bread sticks to go along with it.
