I'm single and on a very tight budget. I need to cook things that will stretch instead of just being for a single meal...I had some family come over and they ate some and asked me to make them some to carry home with them.

Ingredients
- 1/2 ring - polska kielbasa sausage
- 2 - potatoes cut in small chunks
- 1/2 - cut zucchini
- 2 cans ranch style beans
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1tsp - soy sauce
- 3 tbsp - a-1 sauce
- 1 tsp - cumin
- 2 tsp - chili powder
- 6 cups - water
How To Make penny penching soup

Step 1Cut the Polska Kielbasa Sausage into very thin slices

Step 2Cut the potatoes into small cubes you can use frozen hash browns

Step 3Cook sausage and potatoes in 3tbsp olive oil until done

Step 4Add remaining ingredients including rice and let simmer until rice is cooked
