- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup acini di pepe
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto, store-bought or make your own
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make pasta in broth with basil pesto

Step 1In a large pot add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the pesto

Step 2Ladle into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
