Yes,Oxtails! They are deliscious! My sister called it medicine because after you eat it you feel so good! The key to this soup is to cook the vegetables until tender and the meat should be falling off the bone.Add just a small amount of pasta so it doesn't soak up all the liquid. Great served with hot cornbread and coleslaw.

- - green beans,cut in 1 inch pieces
- - fresh or frozen okra,cut in 1 inch pieces

- - any small pasta,or cut in small pieces

Step 1Wash oxtails.Place in large pot,cover with cold water.Add bouillon cubes ,using 1 small cup for each cup of water,add black pepper,simmer until meat is very tender.Add onions,carrots and potatoes until just tender then add remaining vegetables.Cook until vegetables are tender,not mushyTaste for seasoning,add additional bouillon cubes,no salt.
