Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pound spinach, cleaned and stemmed
- 4 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package noodle soup mix, dry
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- 1 medium onion, minced
How To Make oriental pork and spinach soup

Step 1Saute garlic and onions in butter in a heavy soup kettle until golden; add broth and bring to boil.

Step 2Combine ground pork, pepper, cornstarch and soy sauce in bowl and form 3/4-inch balls.

Step 3Drop into boiling broth; cover and simmer 10 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in center.

Step 4Add noodles and cook 2 minutes.

Step 5Add spinach; cover and simmer 1 minute, until barely wilted and serve.
