We had this soup last night and it is very good and filling. Also it is a good one to have the ingredients on hand in the pantry.

Ingredients
- 1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 12 ounces bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
How To Make mexican winter sausage soup

Step 1Cook sausage, breaking it up, and drain off fat when done.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Heat until hot.

Step 3Serve with diced avocado and a dollop of sour cream if you want to. Also can break up tortilla chips on top. Feel free to add any ingredients. Enjoy!
