Don't skimp out on the meatballs, these are so good you don't want to use frozen ones! This is a hearty, wonderful soup.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 15 1/2 ounces kidney beans with liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup baby carrot slices
- 1/2 - head cabbage
- 1 medium onion, sliced
How To Make meatball minestrone

Step 1Combine beef with dash pepper, garlic, onion, season salt and accent. Roll into small meatballs and brown in skillet--DO NOT cook through. Place remaining ingredients in stockpot. Leave cabbage sliced slightly thick. Add meatballs and simmer until completely cooked.

Step 2If desired, add 1/4-1/2 c elbow macaroni about 10 min before you serve.
