Ingredients
- 1 pound filet mignon or rib eye steak cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons massaman curry paste
- 1 can coconut cream or milk
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
- 2 large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 large carrot cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- - handful of thai basil chopped
How To Make massaman beef curry

Step 1Heat a wok or large pot and add the oil. Sear the steak on all sides then remove it to a dish and set aside.

Step 2Saute the garlic with the curry paste until fragrant. Add the beef stock, coconut cream, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the potatoes, carrots, and fish sauce. Cook until potatoes are done. Add the Thai Basil and steak.
