Ingredients
- 4 - baking potatos
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 4 ounces shredded cheese
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 4 ounces sour cream
How To Make mashed potato soup

Step 1Prick potatos with fork, microwave on high until cooked, about 12-15 minutes.

Step 2Let cool slightly (i throw mine in the freezer for 5-10 minutes).

Step 3scoop out the flesh and mash with fork.

Step 4cook and crumble bacon.

Step 5Melt the butter in large saucepan over medium heat

Step 6Add flour and whisk until smooth and light golden.

Step 7Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened, 5-6 minutes.

Step 8Stir in cheese, potatos and salt and pepper. Cook until cheese melts.

Step 9Whisk in sour cream and bacon, serve when ready.
