    plum tomatoes slice

    all purpose flour
  • 3 1/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 c
    2% milk
  • 6 oz
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

    cooking spray

How to Make Mac N Cheese Soup


  1. Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 450. Cook macaroni as directed on pkg, drain and set aside.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray add slice plum tomatoes and slice baguette on it in single layer season with salt and pepper bake until baguette is golden brown about 7 minutes
  3. Mince the shallots, carrot, celery in a food processor Mist a sauce pan and cook veggies until softened 4-5 minutes Add the flour and cook stirring for 2 minutes Gradually stir in broth bring to a boil and stir until thicken 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat
  4. Add milk, cheeses and macaroni and stir until cheese melts. Season with pepper.
  5. Top baguette with tomatoes than garnish the soup.
