1Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 450. Cook macaroni as directed on pkg, drain and set aside.

3Mince the shallots, carrot, celery in a food processor Mist a sauce pan and cook veggies until softened 4-5 minutes Add the flour and cook stirring for 2 minutes Gradually stir in broth bring to a boil and stir until thicken 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat
4Add milk, cheeses and macaroni and stir until cheese melts. Season with pepper.
5Top baguette with tomatoes than garnish the soup.
