Ingredients
- 4 ounces 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 - plum tomatoes slice
- 4 - 1/2 inch slice baguette
- - freshly ground pepper
- - kosher salt
- 1 - carrot
- 1 - celery stalk
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 - shallots
- - cooking spray
How To Make mac n cheese soup

Step 1Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 450. Cook macaroni as directed on pkg, drain and set aside.

Step 2Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray add slice plum tomatoes and slice baguette on it in single layer season with salt and pepper bake until baguette is golden brown about 7 minutes

Step 3Mince the shallots, carrot, celery in a food processor Mist a sauce pan and cook veggies until softened 4-5 minutes Add the flour and cook stirring for 2 minutes Gradually stir in broth bring to a boil and stir until thicken 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat

Step 4Add milk, cheeses and macaroni and stir until cheese melts. Season with pepper.

Step 5Top baguette with tomatoes than garnish the soup.
