Slow Cooker Crock Pot


1 pkg
1 lb fresh baby carrots
1 lb
red potatoes - quartered
1 15 oz jar(s)
mushrooms - sliced - drained
1 small
onion cut thin into wedges
1 18 oz pkg
frozen cooked meatballs
1 12 oz jar(s)
beef gravy - or make your won
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes - undrained
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn - drained
fresh ground pepper n salt
chopped garlic to taste

How to Make Mabon Meatball Stew


  • 1In a 4 quart crock pot; combine all ingredients in order listed:

    Carrots, red tators, onion, meatballs, gravy, tomatoes, corn & seasoning…

    Cover, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or until carrots are tender. Stir gently and season before serving.
  • 27 - (1 1/2) cups servings

    i'd use fresh musrooms myself and add them into the pot the last hour or so of cooking.
