How to Make Mabon Meatball Stew
- In a 4 quart crock pot; combine all ingredients in order listed:
Carrots, red tators, onion, meatballs, gravy, tomatoes, corn & seasoning…
Cover, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or until carrots are tender. Stir gently and season before serving. - 7 - (1 1/2) cups servings
i'd use fresh musrooms myself and add them into the pot the last hour or so of cooking.
