Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 package 1 lb fresh baby carrots
- 1 pound red potatoes - quartered
- 1 15 oz jars mushrooms - sliced - drained
- 1 small onion cut thin into wedges
- 1 18 oz packages frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 12 oz jars beef gravy - or make your won
- 1 can diced tomatoes - undrained
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- - fresh ground pepper n salt
- - chopped garlic to taste

Step 1In a 4 quart crock pot; combine all ingredients in order listed: Carrots, red tators, onion, meatballs, gravy, tomatoes, corn & seasoning… Cover, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or until carrots are tender. Stir gently and season before serving.

Step 27 - (1 1/2) cups servings i'd use fresh musrooms myself and add them into the pot the last hour or so of cooking.
