Ingredients For louisiana crawfish soup

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1
    large bell peper, chopped
  • 1
    large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb
    louisiasna crawfish tails with fat
  • 2 - can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 2 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    green onions, choopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make louisiana crawfish soup

  • 1
    Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

    Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
