How to Make Louisiana Crawfish Soup
- Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
- Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
