large bell peper, chopped
large onion, chopped
1 lb
louisiasna crawfish tails with fat
2 - can(s)
cream of potato soup
2 can(s)
cream style corn
2 1/4 c
3 Tbsp
green onions, choopped
3 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Louisiana Crawfish Soup


  • 1Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
  • 2Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
