Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - large bell peper, chopped
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 1 pound louisiasna crawfish tails with fat
- 2 - cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons green onions, choopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make louisiana crawfish soup

Step 1Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.

Step 2Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
