Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 - large bell peper, chopped
  • 1 - large onion, chopped
  • 1 pound louisiasna crawfish tails with fat
  • 2 - cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, choopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make louisiana crawfish soup

  • Step 1
    Saute bell pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add crawfish and cook 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add soup, corn and milk. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Just before serving add green onion and parsley.
