loaded baked potato soup

This was given to me by a co-worker. I used a Vidalia Onion instead of the Green Onion. It is a thick, tasty soup.

Ingredients
- 4 large baked potatoes
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese
- 6 cups milk
- 4 - green onions
- 1 package real bacon bits
- 2 cups chedder cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make loaded baked potato soup

Step 1Melt Butter & Flour in a large pan.

Step 2Once Butter & Flour are melted, Slowly add Milk. Keep Stirring until thick & bubbly.

Step 3Take off Stove. Add Velveeta Cheese, insides of Baked Potatos. I dice one baked potato and add it with the skin to the soup, Chedder Cheese, Green Onions, Bacon Bits and Sour Cream.

Step 4Season with Salt & Pepper. Place back on Stove to make sure all cheese is melted. You may have to add up to a cup more of milk.

Step 5Place in slow cooker on low. ENJOY!
