Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 package instant butter potatoes
  • 6-8 large russet potatoes
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make loaded bake potato soup

  • Step 1
    *In a large stock pot start with your potatoes, onions, water (half the pot) and butter - boil until potatoes are soft. Using a potato masher - mash your potatoes (not too much – you want to leave some chunky bites) in your pot add soups, milk and instant potatoes reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add shredded cheese cook another 10 minutes on Low
  • Step 2
    *add bacon bits, chives and cheese once in your bowl !
