6 cmushroom or chicken stock

3 Tbspred Miso paste

1/2 cfresh cilantro chopped

3 ozvermicelli rice noodles

chili crisp or chili oil, for garnish
How To Make lion's mane mushroom soup

1In a medium saucepan, add the olive oil, mushrooms, scallions, and garlic. Sauté 6 minutes. Add the stock and miso. Cook until the miso has dissolved.

2Add the noodles and cook about 5 minutes. Throw in the cilantro and add chili crisp or chili oil according to taste.
