Ingredients
- 1 pound mild Italian ground sausage
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 small chopped onion
- bell peppers, diced (optional)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 small inch dollops of tomato paste
- 1 box lasagna noodles, no boil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 10 ounces ricotta cheese
How To Make lasagna soup

Step 1Brown sausage and ground sirloin.

Step 2Add meat to a large Crock Pot. Pour in beef broth, seasonings, chopped onion, minced garlic, optional bell peppers, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours.

Step 3Break lasagna noodles into 1-inch pieces. Add to Crock Pot. Cook till noodles are tender.

Step 4Add heavy cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir and cook 30 more minutes.

Step 5Mix ricotta, a dash of parsley, Parm, and mozzarella. Save some mozzarella for garnish.

Step 6Ladle soup into a bowl, dollop a cookie scoop or two of ricotta mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
