Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons laksa paste
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup coconut cream or milk
- 1 package chicken flavored instant ramen noodles
- 1 package shrimp flavored instant ramen noodles
- 1/4 teaspoon ground bird's eye chili or red chili flakes
- 1 scallion sliced on a bias
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped or thai basil
- handful fresh bean sprouts
- lime wedges
How To Make laksa ramen noodles

Step 1In a large pot add the laksa pasta and brown sugar. Cook for about 1 minute. Add the water, coconut cream and the seasoning packets and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the noodles. Cook about 3 minutes. Stir in the ground chili pepper

Step 2Ladle into bowls and top with cilantro, scallions, bean sprouts and serve with lime wedges.
