kim's cabbage roll soup
I had a craving for cabbage rolls the other day but only half a head of cabbage. I rummaged through my cupboards to see what I could come up with to make cabbage roll soup. This mix of ingredients came out perfect. You could always add a little garlic or red pepper flakes if you want to add some zest to it but my family and I enjoyed it this way.

Ingredients
- 32 ounces beef broth
- 24 ounces tomato juice
- 1/2 head of cabbage cut into bite size pieces
- 1 pound hamburger cooked and drained
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make kim's cabbage roll soup

Step 1Mix together in a pot broth, juice burger and cabbage.

Step 2Boil until cabbage begins to soften, approximately 20 minutes.

Step 3Add rice and salt.

Step 4Bring back to a boil and allow to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until rice is done.
