Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white miso
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup Kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 6 ounces rice noodles
How To Make kimchi miso hot and sour noodle soup

Step 1Add the oil to a Wok or pot. Sauté the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the miso and stock and cook until the miso is dissolved.

Step 2Add the Kimchi, rice vinegar, and sugar and cook 3 minutes.

Step 3Add the rice noodles and simmer for 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

Step 4Ladle into bowls. Enjoy.
