3 cchicken stock

How To Make kimchi miso hot and sour noodle soup

1Add the oil to a Wok or pot. Sauté the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the miso and stock and cook until the miso is dissolved.

2Add the Kimchi, rice vinegar, and sugar and cook 3 minutes.

3Add the rice noodles and simmer for 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

4Ladle into bowls. Enjoy.
