Ingredients For kimchi miso hot and sour noodle soup

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    white miso
  • 3 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 c
    Kimchi, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 6 oz
    rice noodles

How To Make kimchi miso hot and sour noodle soup

  • 1
    Add the oil to a Wok or pot. Sauté the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the miso and stock and cook until the miso is dissolved.

    Add the Kimchi, rice vinegar, and sugar and cook 3 minutes.

    Add the rice noodles and simmer for 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

    Ladle into bowls. Enjoy.
