my youngest daughter made this recipe up,its very good,and its spicy.and its very simple and fast.you could change out the crawfish for cooked chicked.

- 1 package frozen crawfish tails
- 1 can diced potatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 small capful of zatarains crab boil,or less,to taste
How To Make kenzie jos crawfish soup

Step 1place crawfish tails,can of diced potatoes,can of corn,and the chopped green onion tops in a pot,add the crab boil to taste,a cap is spicy,which is the way we people who live in cajun country like it,but,yall can add less.its a liquid crab boil,by zatarains.stir all this and start heating it up,then add the cream,cook around one hour on simmer.stir it often so it doesnt burn.serve with crackers or just alone.
