Ingredients
- 3 cups beef broth
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 1 large carrot
- 2 - garlic cloves crushed
- 1 - mushroom sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon green onions sliced diagonally(just the green part of the onion)
How To Make japanese mushroom and onion soup

Step 1Combine beef and chicken stock in pot.

Step 2add carrot, onion and garlic

Step 3Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 4Discard the carrot, onion and galric and strain the soup through cheesecloth.

Step 5place a small amount of each of the green onions, mushrooms in serving bowls and ladle the broth over them. Serve.
