italian wedding soup
I first had this soup in a cafeteria at my job was a little skeptical at first because it came from a bag which was frozen and thawed and heated. I loved it and tried to make it on my own and this is what I came up with.. My family loves it. Its so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 1/2 quarts chicken broth
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 3/4 cup diced carrots
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 cup sea shell pasta
How To Make italian wedding soup

Step 1put chicken broth into a stock pot and boil

Step 2dice carrots and add to boiling chicken broth wash and chop spinach and put aside

Step 3in a large bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs,parm cheese ,basil,minced onion make into small bite sized meatball

Step 4add meatballs and seashell pasta to the boiling chicken broth meatballs are done when they start to float pasta should be cooked to your liking add spinach when it wilts its done serve with warm bread
