Yummy and very easy soup! You can add a lot of different things from zucchini, mushrooms,beans, spinach but it is really great as is!

Ingredients
- 1-lb. package italian sausage, no casings
- 1 pound ham steak, diced
- 1/4 pound diced or mini pepperoni
- 1 - medium onion, diced
- 1-15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 box bow tie pasta (or small pasta of your choice) tortellini is really good too.
How To Make italian stoup

Step 1Brown and crumble sausage in soup pot, drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 2Add pepperoni & ham. Cook 2 minutes. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add tomatoes,salt,pepper,chicken stock and tomato juice. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook for about 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Serve with crusty bread.
