- - 1 pound of bulk sweet italian sausage, 1 cup white rice, 6 cups of beef broth, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 table spoons tomato paste, salt and pepper, ! 10 oz. box of frozen spinach thawed, drained and chopped grated pecorino romano cheese for garnish
How To Make italian sausage soup

Step 1Saute sausage in a stock pot breaking it up as you cook, when all browned add rice util cover in sausage oil. Add beef broth, tomatoes, tomato paste,salt. and 1/4 tea black pepper and bring to a boil.

Step 2Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until rice is tender. Add chopped spinach. but make sure its well drained squeeze in towel till well drained. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with cheese,
