Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 - clove garlic, minced
- 28 ounces beef broth
- 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 ounce can great northern beans, undrained
- 2 small zucchinis, cubed
How To Make italian sausage soup

Step 1In a stockpot or dutch oven, brown sausage with garlic.

Step 2Stir in broth, tomatoes, carrots, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper.

Step 3Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 4Stir in beans with liquid and zucchini.

Step 5Cover and simmer another 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
