1 sm. bag
mixed vegetables, frozen
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
1 can(s)
ranch style beans
1 c
chicken broth
1 c
1 tsp
seasoning salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 bag
italian style frozen meatballs.
1 c
rice select royal blend, texmati white, brown, wild, & red rice

How to Make I could have had a V-8 Meatball Soup


  • 1Pour all ingredients into a large soup pot over a high flame.
  • 2Stir in seasonings reduce heat and cover.
  • 3stir every 3-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook rice and make sure the meat balls are throughly heated.
  • 4Serve with cheese shredds OR cubes, green onions and garlic bread or corn bread. Enjoy!
