Ingredients

  • 2 cans v-8 vegetable juice (spicy if you want a spicy soup)
  • 1 sm. bag - mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 package ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 bag - italian style frozen meatballs.
  • 1 cup rice select royal blend, texmati white, brown, wild, & red rice

How To Make i could have had a v-8 meatball soup

  • Step 1
    Pour all ingredients into a large soup pot over a high flame.
  • Step 2
    Stir in seasonings reduce heat and cover.
  • Step 3
    stir every 3-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook rice and make sure the meat balls are throughly heated.
  • Step 4
    Serve with cheese shredds OR cubes, green onions and garlic bread or corn bread. Enjoy!
