2 can(s)v-8 vegetable juice (spicy if you want a spicy soup)
1 sm. bagmixed vegetables, frozen
1 pkgranch style dressing mix
1 can(s)ranch style beans
1 cchicken broth
1 tspseasoning salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 bagitalian style frozen meatballs.
1 crice select royal blend, texmati white, brown, wild, & red rice
How to Make I could have had a V-8 Meatball Soup
- Pour all ingredients into a large soup pot over a high flame.
- Stir in seasonings reduce heat and cover.
- stir every 3-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook rice and make sure the meat balls are throughly heated.
- Serve with cheese shredds OR cubes, green onions and garlic bread or corn bread. Enjoy!
