Ingredients
- 2 cans v-8 vegetable juice (spicy if you want a spicy soup)
- 1 sm. bag - mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 bag - italian style frozen meatballs.
- 1 cup rice select royal blend, texmati white, brown, wild, & red rice

Step 1Pour all ingredients into a large soup pot over a high flame.

Step 2Stir in seasonings reduce heat and cover.

Step 3stir every 3-5 minutes. Make sure you do not over cook rice and make sure the meat balls are throughly heated.
