Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups V8 juice
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 package hot dogs, sliced
- 8 ounces ring pasta, cooked and drained
How To Make hot dog goulash

Step 1Place the oil in a large pot. Cook the onions for about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the V8 and crushed tomatoes. Add the paprika. Cook on low for about 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the hot dog slices and pasta. Cook about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
