milk, 2%

nutmeg, ground

How to Make Honey Carrot Soup


  • 1In large saucepan, combine carrots, chicken broth and onion.
  • 2Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
  • 3Transfer mixture to blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
  • 4Return to saucepan.
  • 5Add milk and honey; return to simmer.
  • 6Serve hot or chilled, sprinkled with nutmeg.
