Ingredients
- 3.5 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 1/4 cup honey
- nutmeg, ground
How To Make honey carrot soup

Step 1In large saucepan, combine carrots, chicken broth and onion.

Step 2Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender.

Step 3Transfer mixture to blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

Step 4Return to saucepan.

Step 5Add milk and honey; return to simmer.

Step 6Serve hot or chilled, sprinkled with nutmeg.
