I love a good tomato soup and wanted to make one that met the criteria for our family. I came up with this recipe and it was definitely a keeper according to the family. I hope those who try it will agree. :-)

Ingredients For herbed tomato soup
organic strained tomatoes, 24 oz bottles
organic celery, diced
organic carrots, diced
chicken bone broth
kerry gold butter
himalayan salt or good sea salt
dried coconut milk powder
grated parmesan cheese
How To Make herbed tomato soup
Place first 8 ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 7 hours. Veggies will be nice and tender
Add the butter, salt and pepper. Stir and then using an immersion blender puree the soup till smooth
Add the parmesan cheese and stir well.
Add the coconut milk powder and mix once more with the blender
Check your seasonings and serve.
