I love a good tomato soup and wanted to make one that met the criteria for our family. I came up with this recipe and it was definitely a keeper according to the family. I hope those who try it will agree. :-)

Ingredients
- 2 bottles organic strained tomatoes, 24 oz bottles
- 2 stalks organic celery, diced
- 2 medium organic carrots, diced
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered bay
- 4 cups chicken bone broth
- 6 tablespoons kerry gold butter
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt or good sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried coconut milk powder
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make herbed tomato soup

Step 1Place first 8 ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 7 hours. Veggies will be nice and tender

Step 2Add the butter, salt and pepper. Stir and then using an immersion blender puree the soup till smooth

Step 3Add the parmesan cheese and stir well.

Step 4Add the coconut milk powder and mix once more with the blender

Step 5Check your seasonings and serve.
