- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons each chopped fresh basil, and thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh taragon
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make herbed tomato soup

Step 1Mix the tomatoes, tomato juice and butter together in a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook 15 minutes. Stir in the herbs. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
