I found this recipe in a readers digest about 20 years ago and thought how quick and easy it would be as a after work dinner. My kids and husband loved it on a cold winter night. I serve it with salad. Then add fresh fruit for dessert.

Mix all canned Ingredients in large pot bring to a light boil and add taco seasoning reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 min.

Place in bowls top with cheese, chopped oinons, sour cream, and cilantro

Serve with corn chips, I use fritos corn chips
