Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 16 ounces water
- 3 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 cup macaroni rings
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make hearty italian soup

Step 1In Dutch oven, brown sausage, green pepper, and onion. Drain.

Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.

Step 3Cover. Simmer 15 minutes.

Step 4Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, until macaroni is tender.

Step 5Top individual servings with cheese.
