Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans, including liquid
- 2 cans grt. northern beans, including liquid
- 2 cans mixed greens, including liquid
- 2 cans tunip greens, including liquid
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large grn. pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 3 - beef bouillon cubes
- 3 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 pound skinless smoked sausage, cut into qtrs.
- 1 pound cubed ham

Step 1SAUTE ONION, GRN PEPPER, CELERY WITH COOKING SPRAY ADD ALL THE BOUILLON CUBES TOGETHER WITH 6 C. HOT WATER. ADD REMAINING INGREDS.

Step 2I USED A LARGE PAN AS FOR THE VOLUME OF THE SOUP

Step 3SIMMER ON MED. HEAT FOR 1- 1 1/2 HRS. ENJOY
