I make this for my hubby who has problems with stomach acid. You can alter the ingredients to your liking. Be creative, add different veggies.

Ingredients For green soup recipe

  • 1/2 bunch
    broccoli
  • 1/2 md
    head cauliflower
  • 1 lg
    avocado
  • 3 md
    celery stocks
  • 5 lg
    basil leaves (i used dried)
  • plain stevia to taste
  • 1/4 md
    bosc pair
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole flax seeds (i used the golden ones)
  • sea salt to taste

How To Make green soup recipe

  • 1
    Blend all in a Vita-Mix type blender. Add water to achieve the right consistency for your needs.

    Warm slightly, do not cook!
  • 3
    You can add some toppings such as sprouted quinoa, some olive oil, cumin and a splash of lemon :)
