I make this for my hubby who has problems with stomach acid. You can alter the ingredients to your liking. Be creative, add different veggies.

  • 1/2 bunch
  • 1/2 medium
    head cauliflower
  • 1 large
  • 3 medium
    celery stocks
  • 5 large
    basil leaves (i used dried)
  • ·
    plain stevia to taste
  • 1/4 medium
    bosc pair
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole flax seeds (i used the golden ones)
  • ·
    sea salt to taste

How to Make Green Soup Recipe


  1. Blend all in a Vita-Mix type blender. Add water to achieve the right consistency for your needs.
  2. Warm slightly, do not cook!
  3. You can add some toppings such as sprouted quinoa, some olive oil, cumin and a splash of lemon :)
  4. enjoy!
