I make this for my hubby who has problems with stomach acid. You can alter the ingredients to your liking. Be creative, add different veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch broccoli
  • 1/2 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 large avocado
  • 3 medium celery stocks
  • 5 large basil leaves (i used dried)
  • - plain stevia to taste
  • 1/4 medium bosc pair
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons whole flax seeds (i used the golden ones)
  • - sea salt to taste

How To Make green soup recipe

  • Step 1
    Blend all in a Vita-Mix type blender. Add water to achieve the right consistency for your needs.
  • Step 2
    Warm slightly, do not cook!
  • Step 3
    You can add some toppings such as sprouted quinoa, some olive oil, cumin and a splash of lemon :)
  • Step 4
    enjoy!
