Ingredients
- 5 cups potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 5 cups water
- 4 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound cheese spread (i prefer velveeta)
How To Make german potato cheese soup

Step 1Add 5 cups of water to large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add bouillon cubes and wait for them to dissolve.

Step 2Add carrots, celery and onion to bouillon water. Cook 20 minutes.

Step 3Add potatoes. Cook 20 more minutes.

Step 4Add chicken soup and mix well. Add cheese (in pieces) and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with crumbled bacon on top.
