Ingredients

    tomato
  • 1/2 small
    onion
  • 1
    cucumber
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    stalk celery
  • 2 tsp
    fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 2
    cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • dash(es)
    hot sauce

How to Make Gazpacho

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend slightly, to desired consistency.
  3. Place in non-metal, non-reactive storage container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to blend.
