- 1 - stalk celery
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 - cloves minced fresh garlic
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- dash hot sauce
How To Make gazpacho

Step 1Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients.

Step 2Blend slightly, to desired consistency.

Step 3Place in non-metal, non-reactive storage container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to blend.
