Ingredients

  • ·
    6 pieces white bread (crust removed) and soak in 4 cups water
  • ·
    2 ½ cups blanched almonds ground in blender for 1minute
  • ·
    1 minced garlic clove
  • ·
    1 1/4 tsps kosher salt
  • ·
    1 tsp white pepper
  • ·
    3 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • ·
    1 cup olive oil

How to Make Gazpacho Blanco

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine bread (save water) and ingredients in the blender for 1 minute. Add water and strain.

    Cool in refrigerator.

    Garnish with grapes and toasted almonds.
