Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 large onion,chopped
- 6-8 cloves garlic,minced(depending on size)
- 4 cans fat free evaporated milk(12 oz.)
- 4 cans fat-free,low sodium chicken broth(14.5 oz)
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 4 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make garlic soup

Step 1Saute onions and garlic in the melted butter.Add milk,broth,cheese,parsely and cayenne pepper.Bring soup to a boil and simmer uncovered for ten minutes.Let cool and enjoy!Goes great with broiled filet mingnon.
