- 3 pounds tomatoes; coursely chopped
- 1/4 - onion;chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
How To Make fresh tomato soup

Step 1Put tomatoes,onion,olive oil,vinegar and salt in bowl. Stir.

Step 2Let sit for 20 minutes and stir occasionally.

Step 3Process in food processor or blender until smooth.

Step 4Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add sugar and stir occasionally.

Step 5Pour through strainer into bowls if there is too much solid pieces. Otherwise pour from pan into bowls.
