  • 1.25 c
    rose wine
  • 1.5 c
    cranberry juice
  • 3 c
    fresh fruit, cut up

How to Make Fresh Fruit Soup


  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 3-quart saucepan; stir in water and wine.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in cranberry juice.
  6. Cover loosely and refrigerate until chilled
  7. Stir in fruit.
  8. Serve with sour cream or whipped cream if desired.
