How to Make Fresh Fruit Soup
- 1Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 3-quart saucepan; stir in water and wine.
- 2Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- 3Boil and stir 1 minute.
- 4Remove from heat.
- 5Stir in cranberry juice.
- 6Cover loosely and refrigerate until chilled
- 7Stir in fruit.
- 8Serve with sour cream or whipped cream if desired.
