How to Make Fresh Fruit Soup
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 3-quart saucepan; stir in water and wine.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cranberry juice.
- Cover loosely and refrigerate until chilled
- Stir in fruit.
- Serve with sour cream or whipped cream if desired.
