I have some left over Bonnie's French Dip so I am making some Beef and Rice Soup...YUMMMM We love Beef and Rice Soup during this time of year...This is a savory soup....I love to do soups....This soup made the whole house smell so good...I added some sun dried olive oil and herb tomatoes that give this soup a wonderful smell and flavor...

Ingredients
- LEFT OVER FRENCH DIP WITH BEEF
- OR YOU CAN USE A CHUCK ROAST
- CUT UP SMALL CHUNKS
- 2 cups brown rice, uncooked
- 14 ounces green beans, frozen
- 1 can carrots, cubed
- 4 cups beef broth, reduced sodium
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 10 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper, cracked
- 10 - sun dried tomatoes (olive oil herb)
- 2 pinches italian seasoning
- IF YOU USE A FRESH ROAST CUT UP
- DREDGE IN FLOUR AND BROWN AND ADD ITEMS BELOW
- AND 1 CAN OF FRENCH ONION SOUP
- AND 1 CAN OF BEEF BROTH

Step 1If you don't have left over French Dip then use chuck roast cut up and dredge in flour and brown.

Step 2Put all Ingredients into your Dutch Oven and Cook on Medium heat for 2 hours.....
