- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 package ramen noodles (flavors, various)
- 1/8 pound matching sliced meat (if beef, get sliced beef, same for chicken, for shrimp consider flaked fake crab meat)
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
How To Make faux pho on a tight budget, mark

Step 1Prepare noodles per package directions. Transfer to med pot and add the sliced meat, spinach and egg. Heat on med until soup boils. Let cool till warm, serve.
