  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 package ramen noodles (flavors, various)
  • 1/8 pound matching sliced meat (if beef, get sliced beef, same for chicken, for shrimp consider flaked fake crab meat)
  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced

How To Make faux pho on a tight budget, mark

  • Step 1
    Prepare noodles per package directions. Transfer to med pot and add the sliced meat, spinach and egg. Heat on med until soup boils. Let cool till warm, serve.
