Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon each soy sauce and sesame oil
- 1 drop of yellow food coloring
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 4 tsp water
- 1 large egg beaten
- green onions and white pepper for serving
How To Make egg drop soup

Step 1Place the chicken stock in a saucepan. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and yellow food coloring and bring to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch and water mixture and boil until thickened. Slowly drizzle in the egg whisking gently. Serve garnished with green onions and white pepper
