    chicken broth
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    green onions, chopped

How to Make Egg Drop Soup


  1. Heat Chicken broth in a large pot until boiling, add salt.
  2. Combine water & cornstarch. Stir until mixed & smooth. Pour cornstarch into broth & stir over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Slowly pour in egg & stir.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into soup bowls. Sprinkle with green onions & serve. You can add crisp noodles.
