How to Make Egg Drop Soup
- Heat Chicken broth in a large pot until boiling, add salt.
- Combine water & cornstarch. Stir until mixed & smooth. Pour cornstarch into broth & stir over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Slowly pour in egg & stir.
- Remove from heat and pour into soup bowls. Sprinkle with green onions & serve. You can add crisp noodles.
