Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
How To Make egg drop soup

Step 1Heat Chicken broth in a large pot until boiling, add salt.

Step 2Combine water & cornstarch. Stir until mixed & smooth. Pour cornstarch into broth & stir over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Slowly pour in egg & stir.

Step 3Remove from heat and pour into soup bowls. Sprinkle with green onions & serve. You can add crisp noodles.
